In accordance with the recommendations and the directive of the UGC Revised Guidelines on autonomous colleges, Loyola Academy Degree College, as an autonomus institution, will have an administrative pattern consisting of the following:

01. Board of Management: This will have the Provincial of the Andhra Jesuit Province as Chairperson, Fr. Rector as Vice-chairperson and Fr. Principal as Secretary. Eminent persons from different walks of life or experts in different fields will be nominated as members by the Management. The staff too will be represented, besides the nominees of the U.G.C., University and the State Government.
